My expertise lies in museums, their strategic development and creating value for their users through cooperation. I combine strategy, project management, networking and knowledge exchange. I create the conditions for people and organisations to move forward, zooming in and out across timescales, contexts and subjects, and translating ambitions into concrete plans and action. Networking is my middle name: I build partnerships, from informal initiatives to long-term strategic collaborations. I have initiated and coordinated European projects and worked across museums, heritage organisations, universities and public institutions.
